How long does shipping take?
Once the item is shipped you will receive it in 2-5 days.
What is on-demand mean?
At Torianna Clothing, we're committed to reducing waste, which is why all our knitwear is made on-demand in Brooklyn, New York. By crafting each piece only when you order it, we ensure that your sweater isn't left sitting in storage for months.
While this personalized approach means your order might take a little longer to reach you compared to traditional fashion brands, we believe it's worth the wait. Typically, it takes us 3-6 days to knit your sweater, followed by 2-5 days for shipping. Our dedication to slow fashion means you receive a high-quality product that's as good for the planet as it is for your wardrobe.
What is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified mean?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a globally recognized certification that ensures textiles are tested for harmful substances and are safe for human health. Products with this certification have undergone rigorous testing for over 100 harmful chemicals, including pesticides, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and other toxins commonly found in fabrics.
What is small batch production?
At Torianna, we embrace small batch production to ensure higher quality, sustainability, and exclusivity in every piece we create. Unlike mass production, where excess inventory often leads to waste, our limited-run collections are ethically made on demand to reduce environmental impact and minimize overproduction.
What is a natural fiber?
A natural fiber is a textile material sourced directly from plants, animals, or minerals, rather than being synthetically created from petroleum-based chemicals. These fibers are biodegradable, breathable, and often more skin-friendly compared to synthetic alternatives. This includes fibers like cotton, wool, alpaca and cashmere.
What is a semi-natural fiber?
A semi-natural fiber is a textile material made from naturally occurring raw materials, such as wood pulp or plant cellulose, that are chemically processed to create a fiber with enhanced performance characteristics. Unlike fully synthetic fibers, which are derived from petroleum, semi-synthetic fibers retain some of the natural benefits of their source material while offering improved durability, softness, or flexibility.
What does seamless mean?
At Torianna, we use cutting-edge WholeGarment™ and 3D knitting technology to create seamless, high-performance equestrian apparel that is luxurious, sustainable, and incredibly comfortable. Unlike traditional manufacturing, which involves cutting and sewing fabric together, WholeGarment™ knitting produces an entire garment in one continuous piece—eliminating seams, reducing waste, and improving fit.
